Having a problem or a question? There are two ways to reach us.

Email

Write to destek@etkiniko.com. For account-related issues, writing from the email address you use in the app helps us help you faster.

In-app support form

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Open the Account tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Support, choose a topic, write your message and send it.

Our reply goes to your account's email address. The form is only shown when you are signed in; otherwise, reach us by email.

Deleting your account

1. From the Account tab at the bottom, open Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple during deletion; Apple's authorization for Etkiniko is then revoked as well. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. See Privacy Policy 1.5 for which data is deleted.

If you can't access the app, write to destek@etkiniko.com from the email address registered to your account and we will delete it for you.
