Etkiniko — Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Etkiniko mobile app and the etkiniko.com website ("Etkiniko"). Etkiniko is operated by Yavuz Selim Kurnaz. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these terms. How your personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Etkiniko is a discovery and listing platform that helps people find events (parties, concerts, festivals, theatre, exhibitions, etc.) and venues in their city.
- Etkiniko does not sell tickets or take payments. Ticket links take you to the event's official seller; any purchase is subject to that seller's terms.
- Etkiniko does not organize the listed events and is not a representative of the venues, organizers or ticket sellers.
2. Account Rules
- You must be over 18 to use Etkiniko.
- You must create your account with accurate information and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You may not open an account on someone else's behalf, or transfer or sell your account.
- You may not use Etkiniko unlawfully, harmfully or in a way that infringes others' rights, nor to scrape data with automated tools or disrupt the service.
- You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Account → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account.
3. Venue, Organizer and Team Content
Event and venue information on Etkiniko is published by the Etkiniko team and by venue managers authorized by Etkiniko and their teams (organizers, content editors, etc.). Regular user accounts cannot publish public content.
- The account that publishes content (event title, description, image, date, price, rules, venue details), and the venue/organizer it represents, is responsible for that content.
- There is zero tolerance for misleading, unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing content. Such content may not be published; if it is, it will be removed.
- Images and text that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or personal rights may not be published.
4. Reporting and Blocking
- You can report content you find objectionable with the Report option on every event, venue and organizer page.
- You can block a venue or organizer; content from venues and organizers you block is not shown to you.
5. Review and Enforcement
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content found to violate these terms is removed.
- The violating account's venue/organizer/team permissions are revoked; where necessary the account is suspended or closed.
- Etkiniko reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to revoke the related account's permissions even without a report.
6. Requests from Rights Holders
If you believe information about an event or venue is incorrect, or that content belonging to you (image, text, trademark) is used without permission, you can send a correction or removal request, with a link to the page, to destek@etkiniko.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The venue/organizer that publishes event information (date, time, price, line-up, venue) is responsible for its accuracy and timeliness; Etkiniko does not guarantee it. We recommend checking the official source before attending.
- Attending an event is at your own risk. Etkiniko is not liable for incidents at events or venues, for events being cancelled or postponed, or for transactions with third-party ticket sellers.
- Etkiniko is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Etkiniko's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Etkiniko name, logo and app interface belong to Etkiniko and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Content published by venues and organizers belongs to its respective owners.
9. Changes
Etkiniko may update these terms and the service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app; the current text is always on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
